“I was attending UT when the Chi Omega girls were killed. I was dating a Chi Omega at the time and my fraternity big brother had dated one of the murdered girls for years.
I was also there the day of the Tower event.
Both events made lasting imprints on my life.
I have memories of being in class early on that Monday morning, as well as events surrounding myself and some fraternity brothers during the day. We were so naive concerning the ongoing events and the risk involved.
The day was surreal.
My memories probably have no significance to others.”
